This is a Triumph Terrier plunger frame, with a Tiger cub motor installed. It kicks through, but does not run. This was a mini-bobber back in the day that belonged to the coolest kid in the neighborhood. No idea on the complete history behind it. It would be cool to build it for your boy or to ride around the pits.
